1. Refund Principles

We are committed to providing high-quality cross-border employment consulting services. If our services fail to meet the standards specified in the contract, you have the right to apply for a refund. Refund applications should be submitted within 7 working days after service completion.

2. Eligible for Refund

Full or partial refunds may be requested in the following situations:

• We failed to provide services as specified in the contract
• Candidate meets all job requirements but no position has been secured
• Visa guidance services have significant errors

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Service interruption caused by user reasons (e.g., providing false information, voluntary withdrawal)
• Visa rejection due to sudden policy changes in target countries

4. Refund Process

After submitting a refund application, we will review it within 3 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days to the original payment method. In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation.
